Do You Charge Sales Tax?
Office Furniture Web Store is required to include sales tax on all orders shipped within the State of California. OFWS.com is not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped to other states at this time.

What Is Your Warranty?
OFWS.com warranty is for 2 years on everything. We will repair or replace parts as appropriate. OFWS is not responsible for any shipping charges.

What If The Product Is Damaged In Shipping?
Every effort is undertaken to package the product securely. When receiving a shipment, it is important to note any damage at that time and report it directly to the carrier. Signing for a shipment without noting damage or deficiencies absolves OFWS from responsibility. A Freight Claim must then be made to the carrier by the customer.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the merchandise at the time of acceptance. In the event of perceived MAJOR damage, you may choose to refuse the delivery. Note that many damaged parts can easily be replaced in a very short time. If the purchaser feels that the freight damage is MINOR and can be rectified by a part replacement, the purchaser is advised to accept the merchandise and Note the Damage on the Packing/Delivery Slip. If the damage is more extensive, OFWS will replace the item.

What Is Your Return Policy?
All returns must have prior approval and a Return Authorization Number (RA number) assigned. All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt via the same freight method received. Returns must be shipped in the original carton with the original packing materials. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay and and all return freight charges. Items sent freight collect will not be accepted and no credit will be given. Please include all paperwork with your return to ensure proper and accurate credit.
